Graduate Trainee Job Description
We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our new graduate trainee program.
As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience. You should keep an accurate record of your time at the company and be able to pass a competency test at the end of the program.
To be successful as a graduate trainee, you should be willing to learn about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department. An outstanding graduate trainee should foster good relationships with staff members and leave a lasting imprint.
Graduate Trainee Responsibilities:
- Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
- Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
- Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
- Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
- Bringing positive energy into the company, and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
- Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
- Completing daily exercises or visiting different work sites when required.
- Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
- Writing a test or submitting to some other form of evaluation at the end of the graduate program.
Graduate Trainee Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
- Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
- ERP Knowledge, such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle’s SaaS ERP, MS Dynamics or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages such Python and JavaScript
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
- Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. Digital Marketing tools and social media)
- Demonstrate Design thinking and how it is used in marketing
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Very good understanding on Programmable Media
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Understanding of web design using minimal design principles
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Team management skills
- Batchelor degree in Marketing from reputed institute(Master degree preferred)

We are looking for a highly capable LMNAs ExperienNce Suite(LENS) business analyst to optimize our clients business processes by integrating customized LENS solutions. You will be analyzing clients processes, collaborating with management on LENS integration, and overseeing the implementation of our LENS solutions.
To ensure success as a LENS business analyst, you should exhibit an in-depth knowledge of specialized business needs and extensive experience in integrating LENS processes. A top-class LENS business analyst will be someone whose LENS expertise results in optimized operational efficiency.
LENS Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation.
- Determining how to integrate LENS software programs to enhance targeted business processes.
- Evaluating IT infrastructure and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost-effective improvements.
- Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to a single LENS-integrated platform.
