👨‍🏫 Delivery & Project Lead (Scrum Master + Tech-Aware)

Location: Tharangambadi / Hybrid

Experience: 5+ years in project or delivery management, preferably with ERP or product teams

Reports to: CEO

Team: Developers + Functional Consultants + Interns

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  1. Run agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos.
  2. Own delivery timelines and remove blockers proactively.
  3. Communicate between CEO/sales/product teams and engineering clearly.
  4. Coach the team in productivity, ownership, and accountability.
  5. Track KPIs: sprint velocity, quality, release rhythm.
  6. Create and maintain playbooks for internal and customer-facing delivery processes.

✅ Requirements

  1. Solid understanding of tech workflows (ERP process knowledge is a bonus).
  2. Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Tech PM, or Delivery Manager.
  3. Comfortable managing junior and fresh talent; knows how to “coach, not command.”
  4. Ability to communicate clearly in English and preferably Tamil.
  5. Can work with tools like Trello, GitHub Projects, Frappe Desk, etc.
