Our Marketing strategist position involves a variety of tasks, including analysing the product capabilities, understanding

the product demand from various geographical regions, designing digital marketing campaigns for various marketing channels

and specific target groups and executing them to have healthy lead pipeline.

Responsibilities

  1. Build a marketing team who can execute your ideas
  2. Understand the current product capabilities and our competitors capabilities
  3. Understand the current marketing content and inventory
  4. Identify demands and new opportunities for our various product lines from various regions and industries
  5. Curate marketing strategies for various channels viz email, web, social media
  6. Design and execute marketing campaigns
  7. Design marketing contents for various product and service lines
  8. Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
  9. Set up Marketing KPIs
  10. Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  11. Report and reduce Marketing Spend
  12. Build a healthy and non linear growth in the lead and prospect pipeline
  13. Forecast market trends
  14. Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  15. Ensure brand and product consistency through all marketing channels and geographical regions
  16. Ensure customer touch points and feedback
  17. Establish a strong, long-term web presence

Requirements and skills

  1. Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
  2. Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. Digital Marketing tools and social media)
  3. Demonstrate Design thinking and how it is used in marketing
  4. In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  5. Very good understanding on Programmable Media
  6. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  7. Understanding of web design using minimal design principles
  8. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  9. Deriving insights using data analytical tools
  10. Team management skills
  11. Batchelor degree in Marketing from reputed institute(Master degree preferred)
  12. Prior experience as marketing strategist for ERP Products preferred.
